The second method is to rinse with vinegar mixed with water. The third method is to rinse with a chamomile tea mixture.

There are other lifestyle changes you can make to avoid this happening in the future. First of all, you can consume more dairy. Second, change your underwear so that it’s made of natural, breathable fabrics. Also, make your your sexual partners are using good hygiene as well.
